Raising a Support Ticket



Step 1: Access the support widget

You can access help and support while on any page/module within ABSolute by clicking the question mark icon. This button will open up the support widget.


Step 2: Search for a support article

There are lots of helpful support articles to be found in the support widget. Use this search bar to find a relevant article.


Step 3: Raise a support ticket

If you can't find an article to answer your question or you need additional support, you can raise a support ticket and a member of our friendly team will be in contact to help. Ensure you fill in as much information in the given fields as possible and attach any relevant screenshots or documents so that we can resolve your problem as soon as possible.
